PRESS RELEASE
Kimo von Oelhoffen is on the move… in the last year he has retired from the NFL, he is completing two commercial buildings at Leslie & Keene Road along with a community park behind the buildings, the Sacagawea Trail project for the City of Kennewick, WA and an assisted living facility in Kentucky.
Looking forward, he intends to focus on commercial building development. He owns a heavy equipment construction company in Kennewick that has focused on bridges and underground utilities. He will be downsizing his construction equipment inventory to focus on the commercial building industry. He will sell the property that the construction company is located on and intends to move his office to one of the commercial buildings.
Kimo will team up with Booker Auction Company of Eltopia, WA and auction most of his heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, scrapers, trucks, trailers, yard and shop supplies on July 9th, at 1115 S. Clodfelter Rd in Kennewick. The auction will start at 10:00am. For complete information about the auction, please visit Booker Auction’s website at www.kimo.bookerauction.com or contact Camille Booker 509-297-9292.
Kimo is looking forward to settling into the community and is enjoying having the time to spend with his family.
