Corporate reorganization, in 1980, resulted in what is currently a successful, full-time, nationally recognized marketing company. The primary focus includes farm equipment, agri-business, light industrial and construction equipment, real estate and business dispersals. Utilizing company inventory and purchase records, combined with an expanding sale community network, an appraisal service began in 1981. This clientele includes banks, attorneys, bankruptcy courts, and individuals with valuation needs for various reasons. The appraisals are relative to all auction markets including general personal property. Booker Auction Company currently assumes the marketing of auctions and sales by Western Real Estate Auctions, LLC and Kincaid Real Estate.
